Account Deletion
Follow these steps to delete your Ireh Bible account and data associated with it.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Ireh Bible and sign in.
- In Settings, find the account section and select Delete Account.
- Review the notice and confirm by selecting Delete.
You will be signed out after deletion. Deleted accounts and data cannot be recovered.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email contact@kloo.dev.
- Subject: Ireh Bible account deletion request
- Include the sign-in provider you used: Google, Kakao, or Apple.
- If additional information is needed to verify account ownership, we will reply with instructions.
Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, government identifiers, or other sensitive information.
Delete selected data while keeping your account
You can delete individual bookmarks, highlights, or notes directly in the app without deleting your account.
For data that cannot be deleted directly in the app, email contact@kloo.dev with the following information:
- Subject: Ireh Bible data deletion request
- The sign-in provider you used: Google, Kakao, or Apple
- The data to delete: AI question history, devotional records, bookmarks and notes, or Bible journey records
- A statement that you want to keep your account
Only the requested data will be deleted and the rest of your account data will remain. Information required for legal compliance, security incident response, dispute resolution, or abuse prevention may be retained separately for the legally required or necessary processing period.
Data that is deleted
- Your Ireh Bible account and social sign-in identifiers
- Synced bookmarks, highlights, and notes
- Devotional completion records, answers, and prayers
- Bible journey progress and reflections
- AI question history linked to your account
Settings, reading position, and cache stored only on your device can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its app data.
Data that may be retained
Information required for legal compliance, security incident response, dispute resolution, or abuse prevention may be retained separately for the legally required or necessary processing period and deleted when that purpose ends.
